Approach
Goldfish Kindergarten is dedicated to the newly revised 2016 Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. This program is the combination of the Vietnamese national strategy providing a standardized framework for development and the Reggio Emilia Approach, which is divided into 6 distinct areas of learning and development:
- Communication, Language, and Literacy: Listening and Attention, Understanding and Speaking, Reading and Writing (phonics is applied).
- Physical Education: Fine Motor Skills, Gross Motor Skills, Physical Health and Self-care.
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development: Self-confidence and Self-awareness, Managing Feelings and Behaviour, Forming Relationships.
- Mathematics: Numbers, Shapes, Space and Measurement.
- Understanding the World: Natural Science, Social Science, People and Communities, the World, Technology
- Expressive Art and Design: Exploring and Using Media and Materials, Being Imaginative
